Leading SA companies plus celebrity presenter at ICEW 2012

For their first event in South Africa, the Focus Group Ltd have attracted a strong representation of South African-based major brands to speak at ICEW 2012, international speakers plus a well-known SA personality as Chair of the event.

Speakers from well-known institutions ABSA, Sanlam Finance, Virgin Active, Emirates, MTN and Sun International will be addressing delegates at the event being held on the 27th - 28th March in Johannesburg. Chairing the event is the well-known actress and host at major SA events, Leeanda Reddy. International Customer Experience guru Robin Lawton from the USA, plus speakers from the UK Anthony Thompson and Professor Alan Wilson complete the line-up.

When planning the event, it was always crucial for us to have speakers from SA-based brands so that the audience could hear from companies with the experience relevant to the local market."
