Robin Lawton booked to address ICEW 2012

Robin Lawton, international expert and guru on Customer Experience, will be a keynote speaker at ICEW 2012, being held on the 27th- 28th March in Johannesburg.

Robin has advised major brands such as Ford, American Express, 3M, Intel, AT&T and Nike on Customer Experience.

Mr. Lawton has been president of International Management Technologies, Inc. since its founding in 1985.  He is considered an international expert in creating rapid strategic alignment between enterprise objectives and customer priorities.
