Alex Lowrie is Convergys' Global Practice Lead for Learning responsible for planning, designing, developing, launching, and evangelizing new and enhanced products and services that increase Convergys global Learning capability. He has over eleven years of experience designing and delivering learning programs and services for clients including Cisco Systems, Charles Schwab, GlaxoSmithKline, Boston Scientific and others. Lowrie has dedicated eight years to optimizing development and operations practices for standardized test preparation, e-learning development, content management, and learning administration. Now his focus is on optimizing learning business process deployment in areas including: Learning Business Process Outsourcing, selective learning outsourcing, LMS and content platform management, vertical market solutions, contact center solutions, and the integration of Learning with HR processes such as performance management for value-added learning and talent management solutions.
