Dom is Head of People at Virgin Active where he is responsible for HR, L&D and Recruitment as well as taking a lead on internal culture. Before joining Virgin Active, he worked for Deloitte in their Human Capital practice and supported a wide range of clients on transformational change programmes. Dom has also held HR Business Partner roles at Cable & Wireless, RBS and Orange and worked in Spain, Argentina and the USA In his spare time, he loves marathons, triathlons and swimming in muddy rivers
