Heather is the Social Media and PR Manager of the UK mobile network, giffgaff. Her role is to manage the PR and social media strategy for giffgaff to ensure an integrated comms approach. This includes utilizing YouTube, Facebook,Flicker,Twitter and Audioboo as well as blogging to engage the community. Before joining giffgaff, Heather produced and managed the video, audio, written and social media content for PayPal UK's community and social media networks as their social media manager. She has been a speaker at Media Camp London, Social Media in Business, a roundtable discussion on Customer Service for National Complaints Day and unGeeked Elite Retreat in Toronto. She is also an advisory board member for Social Media Week London and Testival 2011. As a trainer, Heather has run courses attended by companies including PayPal, Disney, Eurostar, Pepsi, Associated Press, Digital White and Unison.
