Paul joined Telefonica Europe in 2009. He is currently Director of Organisation Effectiveness, Executive Development and Employee Experience for Europe. He has been involved in leadership development and managing large scale change in multi-national companies for over 20 years, and has worked in a number of different sectors, including telecommunications, electronics, consumer goods, pharmaceuticals and the public sector. Paul has a professional background in education, and is trained as an Executive Coach. He has a particular interest in the process of change and in the interplay between leadership and employee experience in creating high performing organisations. Paul is married with two children and lives in the UK. He enjoys athletics, travel and good food and wine!
